The Focus
Integrated Services started in year 2002 and is presently distributors for HCL INFOSYSTEMS LTD. for Delhi and NCR. Besides this, we also provide HP Compaq PC’s, Laptop, Consumables, Copier, Paper Shredder Machine, Binding Machine, Laminating Machine, Copiers on Rental Basis, and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts. In a short period, we have made our presence felt through direct team for the Corporate and Government sector. During the last 6 years, we have maintained our reputation in the industry as one of the best service providers, with our engineer’s having experience 2-6 years of the same industry. We have been able to maintain 2-4 hours of customer response time and more the 95% COSD (Call over same day). Our main line of focus has been to provide quick and quality service to our customers, as it is the most important thing for customer retention in toady’s competitive world.

Integrated Services has also tied up with Sharp Business Systems India and Samsung India Ltd. for their range of PLASMA,
LCD and Multi-Media Projectors & HP COMPAQ printers & PC’s
& their range of Notebooks and Laptops & all leading brands of
fax machines (Panasonic, Canon, Brother, and Samsung) and its
consumables, to facilitate our corporate clients. To supplement the
publishing products we have further tied up with SAMSUNG INDIA Ltd to
sell their Color Printer range, which they have recently taken over
worldwide. We are also on panel with Schleicher, Avanti, Steadfast, for
their range of Paper Shredders, Laminators and Binders. On the anvil
are several hardware and software product alliances, which will
synergies our company and add to the list of solutions we provide. Our
policy is to provide a complete solution in Office automation &

office automation products available on DGS&D rate contract via
referral orders, so as to best of the services can be given to our
customers.

to the training requirements for Infantry & Artillery, we have
mastered ourselves to the quality environment of these cores adjusting
